Each Individual owner has their own reservation policy. Tell us what you need and we will refer you on to the owner. They will then send you pictures via email of their units and you deal directly with them. Each Owner has their own reservation and cancellation policy. You will then be dealing with that owner directly.

• Check-in time no sooner than 4:00 p.m. Check-out time no later than 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleanup for next guests.
• Directions, resort pass and lockbox code or keys will mailed to you prior to your arrival date.
• Upon departure, make sure doors are locked and keys placed back in the lockbox.
• In the Summer, please do not plan to check in early.

• Cancellation of your reservation less than sixty days (60) days prior to your arrival date may result in the loss of your rental payment.
• We will attempt to re-rent the property. If successful, your payment less $50.00 handling fee will be returned.
